Advantages
IconComfortable ride
Disadvantages
IconSlow and unfriendly service
The bus journey from Vilnius to Minsk was fabulously comfortable, but the service was a bit slow and unfriendly. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but the long journey time was disappointing. Nevertheless, the value for money was fair for what was on offer. In limited options, an acceptable choice.
Advantages
IconFriendly driver
Disadvantages
IconA little loud
My journey from Wild to Minsk with Flixbus was pleasant. The online booking went smoothly and the bus started on time. The volume could be a little quieter. My seat was comfortable, there was wifi and power sockets. The bus was clean, including the toilet, and the service was friendly. When I lost my passport, the driver Alexey patiently helped me find it. The four-hour direct journey was on time. Good value for money.
Advantages
IconImmediate receipt of the online ticket
Disadvantages
IconUnpunctual start
My journey from Vilnius to Minsk with Flixbus was positive overall, but there was one unexpected moment. The online booking was straightforward and I received my ticket immediately. The bus departed somewhat unpunctually at 8:00 am. My seat was comfortable, with wifi and a power socket. The driver, Sergej, was very friendly and drove safely. However, shortly after departure I noticed that I had left my mobile phone in the terminal. Sergej reacted quickly and stopped briefly so that I could get it. The bus was clean, the toilets well maintained and the noise level was pleasant. After a relaxed four-hour journey, we arrived on time. The price-performance ratio was good.
