Barcelona BCN to Madrid MAD flight with Iberia

The journey from Barcelona to Madrid was excellent. The price was reasonable and worthwhile. Good attention was paid to hygiene, as the WCS and seats were neat and clean. I also landed on time in Madrid. The reservation options were simple and transparent. The booking was straightforward and I was even able to book my seat in advance. However, the staff were quite unfriendly and not professional. They constantly ignored the problems of your passengers. Unfortunately, the seats were not comfortable and cosy and I could not relax. The volume was not optimised as the passengers were very loud. But overall the journey was great!

The security check went very quickly and I was still able to catch my flight. The aircraft took off five minutes late, but was able to reach Madrid safely after about 1 1/2 hours. The staff on the aircraft were very friendly and even spoke a little German. Everything inside the aircraft was very clean and well maintained. However, the flight was a little more expensive in terms of price, which is why I give it four out of five stars.
