Advantages
IconA lot of attention was paid to hygiene.
Disadvantages
IconTrain was late.
As you can see in the photo below, this was my return journey. There was one small negative point, and that was that the train was late, but that's not so bad as there were many more positives. I had wifi on a socket at my seat. My seat was very comfortable and the train was very quiet. Point, if you needed food, you got it. The staff were very friendly and very nice. There was a lot to order and the prices were reasonable. I can definitely recommend the trip, as my ticket was relatively cheap. It was also very hygienic (disinfectant) and there was no need to change or get off.
Advantages
Iconfriendly staff
Disadvantages
Iconeverything was great
On this train journey, my favourite thing was that the staff were very good and my wifi signal was very strong. Then I want to say something about my seat, which was very comfortable and quiet on the train. I can recommend the journey to anyone. The toilets were also clean. My ticket was cheap. This was my return journey. My train was also on time.
Advantages
IconPleasant volume on the train
Disadvantages
IconA bit expensive, but it still works.
At the beginning, I want to mention the only negative thing. It's that my train ticket was a bit expensive, but it's still okay. My train was on time, I had good wifi and a power socket at my seat. My seat was comfortable and the volume on the train was very pleasant. The staff were nice and you had many options to order something. I can recommend it, as there was only one small negative point, which can only be placed just on the negative side. Great ride!
Advantages
IconOn time
Disadvantages
IconNo wifi
Fortunately, the train arrived on time. I did not notice the other passengers in a negative way. I found the toilets pleasantly clean by German rail standards. Unfortunately, I still wanted to work on my iPad for university, so I made sure there was wifi when I booked, but unfortunately there was not. I travelled with my girlfriend, who had a similar experience.
Advantages
Iconenough seats
Disadvantages
Iconbad internet
This trip I travelled with my partner. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work for both of us, which was a shame as I couldn't use my laptop to do some home office things. The rest of the journey was pleasant though, the train was on time and not too crowded and there were no complications. The train and the toilets were generally quite clean, you couldn't complain!
Advantages
IconPleasant temperature in the train
IconNice conductor
IconComfortable seats
Disadvantages
IconTrain was too late
IconWC was not clean
On my seat in the train I had two sockets and could use free wifi. The seats were not very comfortable, but you could sit on them and the temperature in the train was pleasant. In addition, the staff were very nice, both the conductor and those working in the bistro. But unfortunately the toilet was not as clean as I am used to and the train was also 30 minutes late. Price-performance ratio was okay if the train was on time.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
I made this trip because I flew from Frankfurt am Main and landed there. First of all, I would like to say that fortunately I did not have to change trains. Then I want to write something about the punctuality of the train. Luckily, the train was on time and I was home when I was supposed to be. My wifi was great, I could talk to my cousin from the Netherlands without interruptions via wifi ( WhatsApp) and the staff were very friendly, nice and humorous. I felt comfortable using the toilets and my ticket was cheap. These are all reasons why I can recommend the ride 100%.
Advantages
IconHeaters were on
Disadvantages
IconTrain was too late
This was my return journey, as you can see in the picture below. Quietly, the train was delayed, but only by 10 minutes. The wifi was great and I had a power socket at my comfy seat. It was quiet on the train and a first aid kit was provided. I was always told when we were arriving and there was plenty to order, which was delivered fresh and tasty. The toilets were very clean and the price is great, so I can recommend it.
Advantages
Icongood atmosphere
Iconclean toilets
Disadvantages
IconSometimes I had wifi problems
This was my return journey, from Frankfurt am Main to Düsseldorf, as you can see from the photo, I also had an outward journey. Yes, let's get to the essentials. The toilets were very clean and hygienic. The staff smiled at me when I got on, which automatically improved my mood. I can recommend it as it was very reasonably priced. It gets 4 out of 5 stars because I sometimes had wifi problems, but it wasn't that bad.
Advantages
Iconfast
Icongood connection
Disadvantages
IconDelay
Iconfully utilised
We took the ICE from Frankfurt to Düsseldorf. The train arrived 20 minutes late and was far too crowded. Unfortunately, we didn't have a seat reservation, so I would definitely recommend making one beforehand. The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed as you could hardly move around on the train. We arrived quickly in Düsseldorf and there were no further delays, but it was still not a pleasant journey.
