The train journey was the worst I've had so far because it was 2 hours late and the internet didn't work at all on the whole journey or the train stopped several times and the automatic control in the app didn't work.

We would do the same on our next holiday in Hamburg. There were also no delays on this journey and we were positive about Deutsche Bahn. We then had a great holiday.

Unfortunately, the journey was terrible. After departure, a technical problem caused a delay of about 30 minutes and then another 3 hours due to a personal injury. This included a last-minute change to an overcrowded train. However, the wifi worked well.

The inside of the train was warm, the seats and floors were very clean, everyone was sitting in their seats looking at their phones, the internet performance was very strong, then I went to the toilet and it was hygienically clean, soap and disinfectant were not missing, everything was impeccably clean, this train deserved 5 stars.
