The train journey from Venice to Pisa was quite a nice experience. The train was delayed, but only by five minutes and from then on everything went smoothly. I particularly liked the cleanliness and comfort. The seats were very comfortable and I had enough space. The only negative thing I noticed was the friendliness of the staff. Overall, a good journey with good value for money

IconThere were no weaknesses.
On the other hand, I have absolutely nothing to criticise about this connection. Positive aspects that I would like to mention are that the train was very punctual, that the sanitary facilities were well cleaned and that the staff made an effort to inform all passengers of any changes. Another point that is often overlooked is the price. In my opinion, this was fine.

I would like to start with a positive aspect. It was super hygienic and clean on the train. The sanitary facilities were also thoroughly cleaned. A less positive aspect is that the train unfortunately arrived almost 20 minutes late. The staff were very friendly and the wifi was constant the whole time. Overall, I would recommend the train connection.

Unfortunately, I found that the staff were not at all helpful. Every time I tried to ask for help, I was immediately ignored. On the other hand, I was very pleased that the train was on time except for 5 minutes. In my opinion, the train was very cosy and clean. The reception was very good apart from a few interruptions. Despite the unfriendly staff, I recommend the journey.

The journey was very relaxing. The benches were very comfortable and cosy. The price I paid online for the ticket was relatively cheap.
